I've been using the effaclar as my second cleanse in the evening for most of a year now and I love it, but I'd start with the toleriane first.
Ofc the best thing to do would be to get it confirmed by a dr, but if you are tight on money you could stop using products with fungal acne triggers and get an antifungal cream at the pharmacy like clotrimazole (it's OTC) and/or get an antifungal wash and see if it gets better after a few days/weeks.
