She controls much like Bayek, save that she cannot access Senu, nor any other menus save for the “Quest” menu, which is presently limited to the quest “ Aya: Blade of the Goddess “. She can use Overpower attacks, sneak, assassinate, use bows and melee weapons, but the latter of these are limited to a light bow, a hunter bow and dual swords.

It was originally cut as tradition, a way to show commitment to the brotherhood and because the hidden blade would pass through where the ring finger was when the fist was clenched. Altair modified the blade so that it didn't require the sacrifice of one's finger and so assassins couldn't be recognized by the missing finger.
I had scoured forums and videos (with almost all claiming this is only possible on PC) to figure how to remove equipment, as I enjoy playing a sort of purist, taking out forts and camps without any equipment but Bayek's fists. You can still use the hidden blade if you have a melee weapon equipped, of course. You only need a Ubisoft Club account.
It is not the same blade. Bayek’s blade is under the wrist while Darius’s is over. I think the idea is that all hidden blades were based on Darius’s design, and whomever designed Bayek’s made that change. Edit: I’m a damn liar I think somebody explained it as Cleo got it from a tomb (we know that hiddenblade was an assassination tool way back before origins).I guess aya might have cut her finger after the game is finished as to have the assassin ritual but that ritual started because bayek got too excited while killing somebody. q5Eal.
